Next Working Day Delivery as Standard
Order before 1pm weekdays or 4pm weekends for delivery the next working day as standard. Restrictions apply. Weekend orders are processed on Mondays for next day delivery. Restrictions apply.

Deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday, premium deliveries are before the time selected and weekend deliveries are between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
A signature will be required on delivery, you can choose your delivery day up to 7 days in advance.
If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message from 7am on the day of delivery with an estimated 1 hour time slot and a link to live tracking information. If your order contains age-restricted goods such as solvents, axes, knives and knife blades, delivery will only be made to a person over the age of 18. Our delivery company will ask for proof of age if they believe you are under age. If our delivery company attempts to deliver an order to your address and finds there is no one available to receive it, we reserve the right to take a photograph of the outside of the property to assure you we attempted delivery to the correct address. We can assure you that this photograph will not be published or circulated, or used for any other purpose other than verification, and it will be held securely in compliance with Data Protection legislation.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number.

Delivered Direct From Our Supplier
Items which are delivered direct from our supplier and are currently not able to be tracked. Direct dispatch items are only available to Mainland UK only and there are carrier restrictions in place for some locations, please see the delivery restrictions table to check your area/postcode.
Products are sent direct from our suppliers within the number of working days shown in table below. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Fast Delivery as standard. Premium Delivery refers to: Faster (Before 12 Noon), Fastest (Before 10am), Saturday & Sunday Delivery Premium Delivery and Sunday Delivery options are not available to 48 hour or other zones. Applies to all products unless otherwise stated on the product page. We can not currently offer delivery to The Channel Islands, PO Box or BFPO Addresses.
On occassion deliveries can get held up, please be patient we do our best to deliver next day but as we use external couriers, i.e. DPT ,TNT, Tuffnells etc we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances. please ensure you supply a correct delivery address as we and our couriers are not liable for incorrect delivery information provided to us, please ensure postcodes match the delivery address.

Cancelling an order
1. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order you make via the Tool Traders Direct website and to obtain a full refund, from the moment you place your order up to 14 days after you receive your goods. 2. Our cancellation process
If you want to cancel your order, you can do so at any time until we send it out. We normally pack and send out orders very quickly so if you want to cancel your order, please call us on Freephone 0800 8611026 as soon as possible. We are required by law to provide this cancellation form, but you do not have to use it and you may find calling us is more convenient. If we have not already sent the goods out, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order. We will make the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of cancellation. If we have sent the goods before you cancel your order, you can still get a refund by following the returns procedure set out below.
Returning an item other than faulty
1. Your statutory rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return goods and obtain a full refund subject to return postage costs, provided you notify Tool Traders Direct of your intention to do so within 14 days of the date of receipt by you. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods from this notification date. We will aim to send you a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods from you. Items delivered direct from the supplier
These items cannot be returned to Tool Traders Direct Limited. To return these items please call or email our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org or Freephone 0800 8611026 to arrange for the item to be collected.
1.Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any goods delivered to you are faulty or unfit for purpose, provided you notify us within the first 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or, if you prefer, exchange or replace your product. If this 30-day period has passed, we will offer a repair or replacement provided that you report the fault within 12 months of purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s) we will provide you with a refund. After 12 months, your statutory rights as a consumer will continue to apply. Please note for faulty goods reported after 6 months you must be able to show that the fault was present when delivered to you.
